Water-Related Emergencies

In case of water-related emergencies (such as a line break/leak) and outages, call Customer Care at 661-294-0828. SCV Water technicians are available 24 hours/day to respond. To report an after-hours emergency or outage, call the main Customer Care phone number and an after-hours technician will be dispatched.
